The age of fast & Instant
A typical day at the office! by TAZ- Tech Accessory Zone owner, Guy Driver. Our day starts at 10am and so we generally arrive at around 9:50. Most days there is at least one person waiting at the door. We barely get time to turn the light on and they are in asking for help. "I cracked my screen" My son dropped my phone in the toilet" "it's stuck on the Apple logo, can you help" and as usual we gracefully accept the daily challenges and proceed to take one phone at a time with promises to do all we can for them. There are always some challenges, but we have a great success rate. Screens, Charging ports, speakers, microphones, vibrator buttons, volume buttons, LCD displays, no problem. Water damage, always a challenge but we have a 80% success rate. it just takes time because you have to first get the device to power up then you have to work through the phone one step at a time to find and fix the faults. This takes time, so we normally need the phone for 24 - 48 hours, minimum. But hey we don't charge to give you an estimate, so nobodies out but us if we don't fix it.
