Confirming reports from earlier this month, Apple has finally sent out invites to an iPad-related event taking place on March 7. As in years past, Apple is holding its event at San Francisco's Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in downtown San Francisco, as opposed to its headquarters in Cupertino, Calif. where the company recently held its annual shareholders meeting and the unveiling of the iPhone 4S last October.
The invite says only "We have something you really have to see. And touch." Sounds interesting right? Maybe they have finally done away with the backButton??
The date confirms a report from iMore (formerly Tipb) earlier this month, claiming Apple would be holding it on March 7, and matches up with a story from All Things Digital before that, which said Apple would be holding an event in the first week of March.
Since its introduction, Apple has proclaimed both 2010 and 2011 as the "year of the iPad." The company sold 32 million iPads during its fiscal 2011, reporting another 15.43 million units in its first quarter of 2012. All told, the company's sold more than 55 million iPads since its introduction.
This big feature rumored to be coming to this year's model is a display that packs four times the number of pixels as the first and second-generation models, which we woild commonly know as the so-called Retina Displays found on the company's recent model iPhones andiPod Touches. Other expected features include a speedier processor, better cameras, and the possibility of 4G LTE networking. I still wonder if they will finally leave out the back button for the gesture control feature
Yet one of the big questions that remains is when customers will be able to buy whatever's announced. The iPad 2 went on sale just a week and a half after its unveiling, while the company's first-generation model took about three months between when it was announced and when people could buy it. Either way im excited and looking forward to whatever they unviel as it bound to be well worth it. "Apple Fan you say", Oh you can tell? Viva Apple! You know that your going to get great range and variety of iPad Cases at TAZ - Tech Accessory Zone

Is The Apple iPad Still King
Apple iPad revolutionized the technology industry with the release of the original iPad,
but the tablet industry has come a long way since then; thanks to the birth of
the Android tablet.
Since the release of the original iPad, modern consumers have been looking for worthy alternatives that match the collective features and price of Apple’s infamous iOS tablet.
But consumers aren’t the only ones looking for alternatives to the iPad. In fact, finding a worthy
match is such an obsession for the tech world that the phrases “iPad killer”
and “iPad competitor” have been coined, and used regularly. Now been an Apple supporter and follower, I sometimes have to gulp at what I see the competition pull out their hats.
The obvious truth of such statements is that there has yet to be a product that encapsulates the
public attention and provides what Apple’s products do; keep in mind this does
not mean that there will never be an equal. It just means that Apple’s products
provide polish and ease of use first and foremost, which has been proven to
remain an important feature for many consumers. As baby boomers warm up to this
whole exciting tablet concept so does the need for simplicity of use, to which I
can only give Apple credit for their iPhone and iPad which are theoretically
one and the same device.
Many don’t know that the Google Android OS is just as polished and easy to use, well if you go on a two day training class for 9 hours straight (or so I think), and it has also
made its way to tablet devices. Fortunately for anyone interested in worthy
iPad competition, there has been a significant rise in the release of
Android-based tablets. Android tablets offer worthy competition to the iPad and
include identical, if not better, features which are often provided at a lower
price. But I still rate the iPad in a class of its own and ask myself why the
competition has to come out with model after model and new update each
week. Simply put they are flailing and trying whatever they can to get what Apple has achieved.
We at TAZ - Tech Accessory Zone still feel that the iPad Rules and will continue to support and follow the King of Tablets. http://www.techaccessoryzone.com/html

Will the new iPhone 5 be released in Ocober?
All speculations are that the iPhone 5 is on course to be released around October, and with all the speculations spreading on the Internet, people are anticipating and desperately waiting for the announcement of the Apple iPhone 5 release date, which is now expected to happen in Fall 2012. Pretty crazy that it seems the 4S just released less than 6 months ago, but yet everyone is now foccussed on the new iPhone!!! wow we are so driven by technology and our appetite for new things abounds to just wanting new stuff. Many fans and current Apple iPhone consumers are wondering what groundbreaking features Apple will add to the new iPhone 5.UPDATE: The most recent rumors indicate that the iPhone 5 will have a 4+ inch display, possibly made by Korean giant LG. However rumors of a teardrop-shaped device have been shelved after a Foxconn employee in China revealed that samples so far are symmetrical in thickness. (Foxconn is the company that currently manufactures the iPhone 4S and iPad 2 for Apple.) The same source reveals that neither of the samples have the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S forms which I guess is in line with the fact that apple always changes after two rounds of the same shape, and that neither of the devices seen so far are the final versions. This employee has however failed to indicate any concrete features that are set to appear in this next generation of iPhone. Although Apple does not reveal the exact specifications and features until the device is officially unveiled, we could dictate some of the main features that are expected, but understandibly we know everything is just pure rumour. However, "rumor" of the new iPhone 5 features, in terms of both hardware and software upgrades, will definitely entice any smartphone buyer. The upcoming phone is expected to sport the Apple’s latest and greatest A6 processor chip, iCloud service upgrade, higher-resolution camera, and a 4+ inch screen size, and upgraded and improved SIRI. Here are some of the most anticipated iPhone 5 features: iOS 6 Apple. The user interface is based on the concept of direct manipulation, using multi-touch gestures. It is expected to come with more than 200 new features that will include improved Notification System, News Stand and improved and updated iMessage. iMessage is an application that is developed to compete with Blackberry Messenger. The app will allow MAC, iPod Touch, iPhone, and iPad users to communicate with each other. The iMessage feature has been integrated into the SMS/MMS application used originally on the iPhone models. The iPhone5 is expected to have improved iCloud services. Apple’s iPhone 5 is expected to feature the new iCloud service for wireless remote access of music from all computers and mobile devices. The iPhone5 will automatically sync with the iCloud which will allow users to store photos, apps, calendars and documents without having them to store in the phone’s memory. Apple is also looking to tie up with top music label companies to license songs for the iCloud service. However, rumors state that Apple might release a low-cost “iCloud iPhone” alongside the iPhone 5. It could be named the “iPhone Mini”“The iPhone Mini (or iPhone Nano, or whatever) could have significantly less storage than a typical iPhone. Most likely 8 gigabytes of storage – the same as the lowest end iPhones right now. Apple won’t prevent users from storing their own content, afterall that is defeating the purpose of owning a cell phone. But since it has a small amount of memory, Apple will likely push the ability to stream media via MobileMe as well.”A5 Processor to power the iPhone5. iPhone 5 will house the A5 as the main processor, which technically is the same chip that currently powers the iPad 2. The A5 contains a dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 CPU with NEON SIMD accelerator and a dual core PowerVR SGX543MP2 GPU, which means that the iPhone5 would be able to do twice the work at once. The processor speed will be somewhere between 1.2 to 1.5 GHz, with probably a 1GB RAM.The processor upgrade is done not just to increase the processing speed of the phone, but also to compete with the newly launched Samsung Galaxy S II. The A5 chip might effectively increase the power use, however, it is said that the chip has “got dynamic power management”, which can lower the [speed] depending on the workload, and thus efficiently make use of the power. As far as the camera is concerned, it is believed that Apple have filed several patent applications relating to 3D picture capturing to the US Patent and Trademark Office. This indicates that the iPhone 5 might feature a 3D camera?? The filing indicates that the device will be capable of capturing, processing and rendering 3D images with dual-camera. Another interesting feature is that the iPhone 5 will be capable of taking pictures in Panorama view. It will work similarly to the ’360 Panorama’ application in the App Store. It will let you take pictures in a sequence as you move the camera from one side to another, which in the end will effortlessly stitch the images together to create a panorama picture. This will be a great feature. We asked Guy Driver of TAZ - Tech Accessory Zone an Apple repair service center here here in Tampa about his speculations on the new iPhone 5, and he said " gosh with the current class of smart phones it's difficult to imagine what more they can add to an already awesome device, so i guess it can only be enhancements on existing features"
Additionally, if Apple really wants to keep up with the competition to Android, There has not been a better screen resolution since the release of the iPhone 4's retina display. Currently the iPhone 4 has a 3.5 inches screen size, and sources indicate that Apple might stay locked with the current size. But a few other sources (including a recent rumor from a Foxconn employee in China) say that Apple is planning to increase the screen size to 4+ inch with higher screen resolution. However, the iPhone 5 could be slightly wider and thinner. The dimensions are calculated to be: 4.33″ x 2.36″ and .27″ thickness at the top and .21″ at the bottom, whereas the dimensions of iPhone 4 are: 4.5″ x 2.31″ x .37″Other iPhone5 FeaturesHere are some of the other features that we can expect from the iPhone 5:
Other iPhone 5 FeaturesFace Recognition Security4G/LTE support *A new, sleeker body design OLED screenScratch proof and shatter proof screen. Extended battery life, Increased RAM (from 512MB to 1GB)New multi-tasking look HD audio Built-in GPS. According the AT&T documents leaked by LulzSec, the Apple iPhone 5 will offer 4G and will be LTE (Long Term Evolution) network compatible. LTE is a project of the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP), and is the latest standard in the mobile network technology. According to International Business Times, it is rumoured that the iPhone 5 will feature a new SIM-less design with 2 to 3 internal antennas for CDMA and aswell as sim slot for GSM compatibility, which will make it a “worldphone” as is the current 4S version. The above mentioned features are some of the improvements that we can expect from Apple. However, we cannot assure you that they are true in anyway, but most of the upgrades are more likely to be utilized as we often ask i ourselfs, what more can they put into these Smart Phones?? Apple definitely wants to fight back against Android smartphone makers like HTC and Samsung, and perhaps it is why the new iPhone 5 will host some of the outstanding features. iPhone 5 Launch Date: Apple follows a tradition to launch new devices in their summer Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC), but that didn’t happen last year, so we will assume that like last year the new iPhone will be launched in October 2012. The iPhone 4 has proven to be one of the most successful smartphones of all time with selling over 1.7 million devices in just three days of availability, and iPhone 4S sales hit the roof with more than 600,000 units sold on the first day. We are expecting that the iPhone 5 will certainly replicate this success, and one thing is for sure – the sales of iPhone 5 will definitely boom and we can expect a huge number of people lined up at Apple stores when the device is available for sale. At this stage no official price has been unveiled but we expect the iPhone 5 to be the same price than the iPhone 4S when it was released. In the meantime you can read the latest updates at http://TECHACCESSORYZONE.COM

iPad 3 comming soon
We have previously seen images of the iPad 3′s reworked case design, however new images published on Tuesday give us a better look at the subtle differences we can expect from Apple’s next-generation tablet when it launches next month. The photographs, which were posted by MIC Gadget, reveal that the slate is between 1 and 1.5 millimeters thicker than the iPad 2, however it still fits in some iPad 2 cases according to the report. The iPad 3′s rear shell has a more gradual taper to the edges of the tablet, and it features a narrower bezel and larger camera lens compared to its predecessor. The iPad 3 is expected to be equipped with a 9.7-inch Retina Display, an 8-megapixel camera, embedded 4G LTE and a larger battery. Apple is reportedly planning to unveil the iPad 3 at a press conference on March 7th. Hit the break for additional iPad 3 images.

New iPad 3 Leak
It appears that the iPad 3 will not be a completely new design and follow the trend of the iPhone 3G to iPhone 3GS and the iPhone 4 to the Apple iPhone 4S. I personally dont see why thats a big deal. Why does it need to be redesigned? frankly who the hell cares if the structure stays the same, aslong the internal changes are made thats all thats important.
Here are some possibilities: Purported images of Apple’s next-generation iPad have been published by Chinese language Apple Daily ahead of the new tablet’s official announcement. The slate had leaked only in bits and pieces until now, however alleged photos of an assembled iPad 3 show a device that is very much in line with what has been reported in the last while. The case is a lot the same to the one found on the iPad 2, though they say that it has been redesigned with a more gradual taper leading from the back to the edges. Apple Daily also states that the iPad 3 features a 9.7-inch Retina Display, which was confirmed last week, and an 8-megapixel camera as had been rumored previously. Apple is reportedly planning to unveil the iPad 3 at a press conference in early March, and the tablet is also expected to feature a quad-core Apple A6 processor and embedded 4G LTE connectivity. Which i think is a great upgrade, people are so fickle, what on earth do you exspect? a super duper make me coffe and drive my car edition!! come on. Get real, the changes to the new Apple iPad 3 are great and big enough to make an impact. Lets see what Apple unviels in March. TAZ - Tech Accessory Zone on the other hand has to run around trying to source iPad 3 Cases and try and get all the old cases sold. This is always the problem with new designs. The Apple Accessories change and its out with the old and in with the new. http://www.techaccessoryzone.com/html/widest-range-of-iphone-3g3gsiphone-4-4s-accessories-p1.html

So if you want to attempt your own repair then here goes.
The fact that the glass covering the iphone is used
constantly and subject to weather changes, being dropped and generally handled
means that there is a small but existing chance of it breaking. When the screen
on an iPhone is broken, it renders the entire phone useless. Repairing the
digitizer does not mean you have to be separated from your phone for ages. You
can do this repair at home. But I would not suggest this and take no
responsibility for you following these simple guidelines and instructions on
how to repair your iPhone at home. I
strongly advise you to use the iPhone Repair Services of TAZ - Tech Accessory
Zone http://www.techaccessoryzone.com/html/home-a.html
Instructions
1 ) Take out the two
screws on the bottom of the iPhone and remove the SIM card by poking the SIM
tool into the hole in the top of the phone.
2) Press down the suction cup from the digitizer replacement
kit onto the glass and firmly pull it up. Carefully lift glass up without
pulling out the wires, keeping the back and front pieces attached.
3) Pull up the ribbon cable using a small screwdriver and
separate the LCD from the back of the phone. Remove the small screws along the
sides of the LCD frame.
4) Peel off the black gasket tape from around the LCD,
behind the glass front. Run the metal tool between the LCD and the metal frame
rails along the sides to allow you to pry the glass and LCD apart.
5) Set the LCD aside without touching the front with your
fingers at any point. Place the glass panel, with the back facing up, down on
the table.
6) Apply heat from a hair dryer around the edge of the glass
and pry the frame off the glass. Start on the lower edge of the panel and
slowly work your way around using the metal tool.
7) Peel off the stickers that came with your replacement
digitizer and place them on the front of the frame, along the top and bottom.
Make sure the stickers you put on each end fit the shape of the frame before
pressing them down.
8) Remove the front adhesive from the new stickers and from
the back of the new glass and digitizer.
9) Place the glass down on top of the frame with the
stickers and press it down. The digitizer should go in through the middle of
frame and stick out the other side when the glass is pressed down.
10) Set the LCD back into the frame with the new glass and
digitizer and screw it together. Reconnect the ribbon cable and close the phone
up before putting the screws and SIM card back into place.
Hopefully this blog will help whoever is silly
enough to attempt this on their own.
